AeroTek scheduled for NADCAP audit of NDT installation in January 2023

AeroTek is pleased to announce the confirmation of an audit date set by PRI for a NADCAP audit of AeroTek’s new Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) installation in January 2023.

The NDT line includes:

FPI/LPI Line: to handle parts 5 feet long and more.

MPI Line: to handle parts up to 11 feet long.

Originally slated for completion in 2020, the NADCAP audit has been delayed by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, border closures and supply chain interruptions, during 2020-2022.

However, with the pandemic firmly behind us, AeroTek has received confirmation of a NADCAP audit and approval of its new NDT installation in January 2023, to be completed by March 2023.

AeroTek looks forward to providing these non-destructive testing services to its customers from March 2023.

“We do not anticipate any difficulties with this NADCAP audit as we have been preparing all during the pandemic to date. I am confident that the AeroTek team will perform to its usual excellent standard. AeroTek has obtained “Merit” status in past NADCAP audits, something no other metal processing shops have been able to achieve,” commented Vera Lo, Executive VP & Co-Founder.

“We are very proud of our operational excellence and look forward to providing NDT services to the aerospace and other industry OEMs beginning March 2023.”
